Montenegro offers a straightforward and accessible residency program for foreign nationals. Whether you are establishing a business, purchasing real estate, or relocating as a digital nomad, obtaining a legal residence permit (Boravak) is your gateway to living in one of Europe’s most beautiful and tax-friendly nations.

Our team navigates the complexities of the Ministry of Interior, ensuring all paperwork is translated, notarized, and submitted correctly, avoiding common pitfalls and delays.
